FAQ

Questions, answered.

01Is IDYORA free?

Yes, it's free to start. Your quiz results, a personal plan and daily habit tracking don't cost anything.

02Do I have to give up roti, rice or sweets?

No. Plans keep the food you eat and adjust portions and pairings, like adding dal or curd to make a meal more filling.

03Is IDYORA a calorie-counting app?

No. You are not asked to log every meal. The calorie pages on this site are free reference pages; the app is about small daily habits.

04I'm vegetarian, Jain or eat eggs. Will it work for me?

Yes. You pick your diet type in the quiz, and every meal and recipe follows it.

05I have diabetes, thyroid or PCOS. Can I use it?

Yes. Tell us in the quiz and your plan takes it into account. IDYORA works alongside your doctor, not instead of them, so keep taking your medicines as prescribed.

06Is this a weight-loss app?

Weight is one goal you can pick. Others include more energy, better sleep, better digestion and a steadier routine.

07What happens to my data?

It's used only to personalise your plan. We never sell it, and you can delete your account and data anytime.

08When can I download it?

IDYORA launches on iPhone and Android on 8 November 2026, on Diwali. Join the waitlist and we'll email you that day.
